Hello. I’m Lauri Rosenbloom…a licensed
real estate professional with Prudential Starck Realtors. My
clients are residential and commercial buyers and sellers of
real estate.
I am an experienced realtor of thirteen years with
Prudential Starck Realtors. My clients are located in the
north, west and northwest suburbs of Chicago—specifically
Arlington Heights, Buffalo Grove, Deerfield, Des Plaines,
Hawthorn Woods, Highland Park, Hoffman Estates, Lake Forest,
Lake Zurich, Libertyville, Long Grove, Mount Prospect,
Mundelein, Palatine, Riverwoods, Schaumburg, Vernon Hills,
Wauconda and Wheeling as well as the city of Chicago itself.
I offer excellent relocation services in the Chicagoland
area, throughout the country and globally.
I keep up to date with market trends and conditions by
studying real estate. To better serve today’s clients, I
have taken extensive training in the areas of short sales
and foreclosures earning a “Short Sale and Foreclosure
Resource” certification. This SFR certification is the only
distressed property certification" approved and recognized
by the National Association of REALTORS®. Additionally, in
order to counsel senior clients through major financial and
lifestyle transitions involving relocating, refinancing, or
selling a home, I have earned the SRES or Seniors Real
Estate Specialists® designation--also recognized by the
National Association of REALTORS®. I am a “Top Producer” and
an “e-Certified” agent.
Over the years, I have come to realize that most people know
very little about what is usually the largest single
investment of a lifetime—buying or selling a home. Marketing
and ultimately selling a house is an organized process. As
there are many components to putting your house on the
market, I will be there to provide guidance every step of
the way. I will sell your property for the right price in
the most efficient manner. Additionally, I will provide
detailed information on preparing your house to go on the
market and steps to take once your house has sold—keeping
you informed throughout the entire process.
My goal is to become a real estate facilitator for Buyers
and/or Sellers as well as provide information on specific
local market trends, so that when it is time to buy or sell,
an informed decision can be made. Knowledge is power...and I
want to pass that power on to my clients.
